My fresh bought licence seems to be corrupted, when should i get a new one ?

It means the licence key you have enterred is associed to an other email adress.
i bought the software more than 10 days ago, and i still can't use it.
I don't understand, i need an explanation and more, and most of all, i need it to work, AS SOON AS possible.

Error 302 should have been resolved already and you should have received a new key from Cleverbridge. Did you check your spam folder and if you paid with PayPal check if there is a message there with a new and valid key. Due to a server error many customers got a key that did not work. (see error 302)
