Hello Jarmo,
Whilst you wait for an official response from Incomedia, please try exporting again, but this time untick the checkbox in Step 5 entitled 'Include a copy of the WebSite preview files'.
Please also ensure that you have administrative rights and proper access within Windows to the read/write folders. Start the program by right-clicking on the shortcut and selecting 'Run as administrator' to see if that helps.
Kind regards,
Paul

Thank's for your reply Paul, but none of your hints didn't work. I still get the same error message when exporting the project. It has something to do with this specific project because there is no problem exporting other projects. This one has a web store, could that be the reason?

This is the result.....
There may be a corrupt file or two in that particular project, Jarmo.
My next suggestion would be to attempt to restore from a backup in Evolution 11, then try exporting again.
The instructions for restoring from a backup are here:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/47713
The article refers to version 10 but the procedure is the same. Simply replace v10 with v11 in the file paths.
Please keep us updated as to your progress.
Hi, I have the same probllem. Export always stops with an error message. None of above-mentioned solutions would work...

Anything to do with the fact that I'm running Win 10 ? Check th Library folder, it contain 54 files with cryptic names? One of theese files causing this?

We will ask Claudio or someone else from Incomedia to intervene. I'll mark this thread for their specific attention.
Your patience in the meantime is much appreciated... many thanks!
Hi Jarmo,
Try and move into the mentioned folder, The path can also be found under "preferences".
Open the folder and then "Library".
Look for "index.xml" and rename it "index.xml.old".
Rename "backup.xml" to "index.xml".
At this point, write down the ID (wmu80cb35jei3903d5lib4521uxa98s) of the error you get after Library\ and open index.xml with any editor and delete the tag <source> of the Object.

Hi Jarmo.
Please keep on with this procedure until the project isn't completely exported. Then let me know.

Hi,
It allways stops on line 5:
<Source ID="7g1b715j9cow04q3518c286263o116y0" FileName="38.png" OriginalPath="C:\\Users\\Lusikka\\Documents\\Incomedia\\WebSite X5 v10 - Evolution\\Humanitas seura\\Library\\38.png" LinkNumber="1" LastEdit="2013-03-19T18:57:58.9038076+02:00" />
The cryptic name changes but the 38.png etc is there everytime.

Hi Jarmo.
Did you go and try the proceedure I told you?
"At this point, write down the ID (wmu80cb35jei3903d5lib4521uxa98s) of the error you get after Library\ and open index.xml with any editor and delete the tag <source> of the Object."

OK. After deleting couple lines ( restarting after every delete ) I got thge export going through but why I lost all the translation I have made in Finnish language in the process?
BR: Jarmo
Hi Jarmo.
There might have been corrupting issues with some translation file. I'm sorry about the loss of those translation.
You can try and insert them again and reexport the project. Should it show the same error then, I will proceed to report it.
