I manually uploaded all my files, directories, etc., to my webserver from the original default/test directory that was created.  All the pages show the proper pictures and everything looks ok but I wanted to send a test message using the Contact Page and it says "data will be send to the email address when Website is uploaded to server. I thought I uploaded everything. What am I missing?

Do I have to perform step 5 to create the actual active website files? Is there something that is done is this process versus just copying the files from my computer to the my server?
