Hello Harold,

As it seems the images online are corrupted and probably this happened during the uploading. Open the project and then press CTRL while you open the preview and once done export the complete project online and then check if these appears.

I have tried your suggestion and it does not work. I removed and reinstalled version 13, deleted all of the website pages, recreated them again from new, exported it, loaded it to my web server and it sill does not work. You can see the page background on the local PC is quite different that the website page. Why??

I am afraid to make changes to my existing websites because I am not sure if they will have the same problem. I will however test one on a website I don't use that much.

Also, I am becoming very unhappy with your product because this is a major issue. I am not sure if this is the cause of a recent Windows upgrade but it sure looks that way to me. I have the same problem with Version 12 and 13. It seems to me like you all should be creating a fix for these. I just upgraded to Version 13 a few months ago and now you all are selling Version 14. I dont recall seeing any patch updates for Version 13. It seems like you all are more insterested in selling newer versions of your product rather than fixing previous version.

 I am not going to upgrade to version 14 and have the same issue.

I just added a test page to an existing website I created some time ago and exported it like I normally have done in the past. As you can see from the attachements, the Test page shows no images but the one on the local PC shows it.  The other original pages have no problems showing their images. It looks like the export did not affect those pages, which is strange.

I am convinced that your export is not handling the images properly. It has to be because on my new site I created, the header logo jpg file does not even show up. Why is this only occuring on new pages created with images on it?

the pictures on the server have an invalid format, maybe you have implemented an effect as a code or edited the jpg in an incompatible subformat in the web? The pictures are displayed as transparent areas.
Try to use a picture as png.

In this case try to export the project to disk and then use an FTP client like FileZilla to upload all the files online and then test it.

If also so it doens't work then there's an issue on the hosting server.

It is not an issue with the server because every website, files and images I had previously exported about one month ago works properly. I went back and modified the images on the new website by using other images from other working websites and it still does not work. I used both jpg and PNG files on the new site and they don't work.

I checked all the permissions on the directory and files on the server and made sure they are the same.

I am not sure what is wrong.

In the program there  were no changes and if it worked before then there needs to be an issue or during the FTP export on the hosting server or there is an issue on the hosting server with these file types.

Have you tested if exporting on disk the project and then uploading it with filezilla if it works?
