V12 started freezing all the time I try to add new page

Starting from today my V12 project just can't work properly. Every time I add new page, folder or make a copy of exsisiting page - the program just stops working. It doesn't show any kind of messages. Just freezes and nothing helps. I've already reinstalled it, but nothing seems to be working.
What should I do make the program work normaly?

If a restart does not help. and in your pc there have been no changes and is always been good it might be a .netframework issue.
