Page properties and HTML objects don't work after v13 to v16 transfer

Hello.
I've transfered one of my projects from v13 to v16 and met such a problem.
All the pages which have HTML object open it very slowly. But even after the programs finaly shows it - I can't edit the code.
The cursor just doesn't catch the place and no changes can be done. The same with page proerties settings in Header.
None of any external HTML code just don't work. I can't do anything with that. What should I do? How can I make it work?
When I open the page properties or HTML object - program takes about 1 min to show the code, but when I'm trying to put curson and start editing with typing some text - program shows no reaction.

Where are the project for both versions stored? What is the path for the folder that contains the project?
Could it be that those are different for v13 and for v16, and perhaps some kind of Antivirus or similar is interfering with v16's projects?
In order to verify this, when you start the software, immediately check the path under Preferences on the left bar.
Also, try and relaunch the software with Antivirus turned off temporarily, and see if the situation improves

I use different forlders for v13 and v16 projects, but I don't think it should cause sompe problems. Fom me it's more convinient to separate the projects of different software versions. Besides, it was for better because if it were the same folders - program would rewrite the project and I won't be able to open it back in v13.
So I hope i'll have a chance to leave different folders for good.
Shutting Avast antivirus sofware down realy helped. But not for long.
After I tryed to export the website WSX5 got stucked. I don't know how to explaine it in another way. It just got frozen. I had to shut it down via Ctr+Ald+Del.

The issue with the export happened once only? or every time in the same way?
If that happened only once, I suggest you try it again and see if you can export successfully.
The reason why the folder matter is that:
1_ If the folder is different, but let's say, is under the same path like : C:/User/.../Projects, that would be fine
2_ If the folder is different, and it is also located in a completely different place like : C:/Users/... and C:/Programs
the antivirus might not allow the software to write files into that specific folder, thus causing the issue.
Please try exporting again, locally too, and if possible, from a different pc as well. See if it helps.
If it doesn't, and the software shows no error window at all, we shall continue investigating
