V13 Professional started freezing

Dear Incomedia. Please help me.
There were no changes or updates on my PC but v13 Professional freezes before every files export. It works fine, but when I push export files it takes 20-35 sec to think with running circle on the screen and than again starts working fine. I've turned off Antiviruse but it didn't help. Please let me know what should I do make the softare work properly with no delays.

I would start with update to latest version, or download latest version from your profile (top right next to your name pulldown -> download)
This could also be a connection or problem with your webhost issue, because these 2 need to talk to eachother in order to upload. (I have it also sometimes that it takes a bit longer or files are at the end re-uploaded)
Do a reset of pc after the install of the latest version, and before that make a backup with export project in step5, alway's use full if you have done so already.
