Here the menu before migration. Could the menu seperators be problematically?

You have to enlarge the menu object under "2" in the content of the template so that the buttons in the header go out.

as you can see in the attached screenshot, it has been enlaged to the full width of the template and even if I enlarge the menu object to more than the template width it does not change.

I dought that the menu seperators which are shown in the first picture as pipe signs between the menu entries don't work.

found it. I was absolutely right. If I remove all menu separators it works. If I only place one is doesn't work.

So this is a bug.

In order to recreate it place a menu separator in the sitemap and see what happens to the menu.

@Incomedia: Would concider fixing this?

I can not adjust the error! I have inserted many menu lines, but the menu is still correct.

Now I got it! Instead of the "|" sign in my X5 13 project X5 14 generates a complete empty button which causes the whole menu to be much more wide than in X5 13!

How do I configure the menu separator to be only a very narrow sign?

Oh well, the menu separator has been removed in the V14 and replaced as a button. But you can assign it a buttone graphic. There is no other way.
