Error to pay via PayPal

Hello
please let me know if it is a site issue
when customer try to pay via PayPal got error
"There’s a problem with your shipping address.Please return to the merchant and update your information, including your city, state, and ZIP code."
PayPal support say that the site doesnt send a shipping details to Paypal
For sure it was working in past , I have 2 websites and a same issue from both www.haswing.ca and www.bcimport.com
Please advise

I did try as you recomended to v12 but got a same issue

George, the most recent version of v13 is 13.1.8.23, according to your current profile you are running 13.0.4.25
Please upgrade your software if you have not done so already because I believe this issue was resolved.
You can get the latest version through your profile (top right) under the download link

I did an upgrade to 13.1.8.23, save project and upload it , still have the issue to use a paypal

George, there should be no issue with Paypal in the latest v13 release. Please ensure all optional objects are updated, do a ctrl+preview and then a full upload (not new and changed) for each website.
Please advise if you still experience issues.
