WebsiteX5 did not start, re-install did not solve it

Website X5 Pro was not starting and hanging. Did abort it, starts computer again , but no start. De-installed Website X5.
Re-install it, but getting message that something is wrong. Look up in other answers, re-installed vcredist_x64. This gave same result. Downloaded NetFXrepairtool and used it. Same result.
Do not know what to do further. Any ideas?

try this:
uninstall the program completely!
manually delete any leftovers in the "documents" folder C:\Users\The admin Username\Documents\Incomedia
and this C:\Users\The admin Username\AppData\Local\Incomedia
and try to reinstall programm....
PS: consider that you will lose all your projects ... you can make copies of these folders on to save ...

Thanks, this worked. Had a backupfile, so I did not lost my work.
