It depends on the gallery, there are several. in the standard classic not, but in the standard horizontal miniatures, you can make them appear at mouseover only.

In the manage top right button, then refresh screen, there are more galleries. Some you need to buy some are free.

Choose the one that you find best.

Hi Robert,

it is unfortunately not possible to change the way the description is displayed, I am sorry about this. A possible solution could be to place every image with an Image Object and to add the description in the Text section of the Object Style.

Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.

Ho la presentazione classica e nella visualizzazione elenco il testo della descrizione è impostato su scorrimento orizzontale è questo testo che si sovrappone alla parte inferiore dell'immagine che vorrei posizionare più in basso.

... to see if it is possible with the use of any extra code, if you are interested, post the test sample link ... ...

(IT) ... per vedere se fosse possibile con l'uso di eventuale codice extra, se sei interessato, postare il link dell'esempio di prova... ...

.

ciao

I can add an image with text description in object style but this does not work with the classic slide show. I can only enter one lot of text which remains the same for each image in the slideshow.

Hello Robert

Maybe you could use the textobject for scrolling. You can have tabs that you scroll between. On the pages you put images and for these images you make a mouse-over text.

I have made a test for you to see, here : http://www.bramminginfo.dk/brm02/golfbanen.html

It is jus a suggestion.

I see you have Evolution - I have made the demo in Ver. 14 PRO. I am not sure that Evolution has tabs for the text object.

If you want to have really good slide-shows, I could recommend the wow-slider. This alo has possibilities for text and mouse-over and links. You can even put YouTube-videos in the slideshow.

You can see an example ( without texts ) here : http://www.bramminginfo.dk/brm02/index.html

Scroll down to "Billeder fra steder i Bramming".

If you don't have the tabs, then the wow-slider ( or another slider ) could be an alternative for upgrading to PRO.

The UpgradeProtection will be about double as expensive for the PRO as it is for the Evolution.

Hi Robert,

if you want a nicer result you may want to have a look at our Marketplace: there are plenty of nice Galleries with different ways of showing the description. For example this one: https://market.websitex5.com/en/objects/live-preview/23b8d5b1-3e44-410a-b39e-254a0c735b3 or https://market.websitex5.com/en/objects/live-preview/149bc886-30b5-438b-a112-3079014c6bf Here the description is shown on the image.

Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.
