I had the same problem with the recent update. I advise you to back up the sites and uninstall the software and then install it again. In my case it worked.

If I do this what happens to the sites that I have already built

Once you have reinstalled the program you should find the projects as if you had normally done the update.

However, I suggest you backup your files.

Open each project and export it to a folder of your preference.

please consider that the program folder and the project ones are store on different paths. Still, if you prefer you can back up your projects by exporting them as iwzip, so you can later import them back.
