Programers/wat to treat the customers in your company is verry slow and i'm courious how many are they? 5-2-10... You are so slow for fixing the bugs that is owful to customers...
I've have friend who work in software developing company and they have a 24 H to fix the bugs, otherwise the company pays the penalty to customers !!! What do you thing of that Incomedia? Admit that you are verry slow for fixing the problems in your software...
What about the weather widget (i'ts still dont work)
What about popup outer frame (i'ts still dont work)
What about the iframe problem (in version 15,16 work, 17 dont)

Andre E... I hope in the future Incomedia will take good care of customers like me... I'm owner of all licence of this app. So loyal customer. What Incomedia will do for me now? That is the question?
Maybe Incomedia can answer that, I just saw that there where several things from your list fixed in the latest version.
But you should know they get things fixed, at least the majority, and yes unfortunatly not everything, but this is the case with most software devolopers. it's close to impossible to get it all right in a short time and for all users.
And yes I know, i have all versions as well, i started somewhere around version 5 if I remember correctly.
It's not bad software if there is a issue to get better then it is in getting faster bug fixes. But too fast releasing updates can also cause bugs so they need to look for the best balance.
maybe Incomedia can add something here as well?

As explained in different topics now, no issue is forgotten nor gets hidden away, but not all issues are the same.
Some might take longer to look at and solve, but this does not mean that it will be left behind.
