I wonder how can i get a refund, the information is certainly not readily availiable (I'm well within my 30 day refund time)

Contact the shop you bought i.g. 2checkout. They have a refund policy - it takes 1-3 days for refunding.

Thank you both for replying I have mailed 2co (they have yet to reply) and I will reply to the email when i get it.
It might be an idea to make the refund policy much clearer, or have a link on the main (webiste X5) page to request one.?

I've just had an e-mail from support, and re-affirmed my wanting arefund, waiting to hear back.
