A administração das ocupações que forem sendo enviadas terão que ser acompanhadas de forma manual e em tempo real, até que se atinja a lotação. Nesse momento, a acomodação terá que sair das opções.

Esse tipo de acompanhamento necessita de um sistema.

Imagine que se tenham 10 acomodações diferentes (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I e J). Um hospede solicita a reserva para a data XX/XX/2021. Se outra pessoa quiser reservar no mesmo dia, só o form não vai resolver.

The free LuxCal calendar (https://www.luxsoft.eu/) has a booking function. You can for a category set if an event with a category should block for alle other events or only for events with the same category.

If a category is a ressource then it will probably be set for the same category. The ressource could be a tennis-lane or a billard-table or an apartment or a cottage.

The calendar has many different views - for booking purposes the MatrixC view could be useful. It gives a good view of booked/not-booked ressources.

There can be set a "blocking" time interval between bookings. It could be used when the ressource is a ressource that need to be cleaned or checked before next booking.

Example: A tennis lane is booked from 09:00 to 11:00 and the blocking is set for 15 minutes. Then it will not be possible to make a new booking for that category/tennis-lane before 11:15.

This is when eventual preparation and cleaning is not included in the booking-time.

A category that is set to block for all events could be used for holidays, so all ressources will not be available in the summer holiday.

It can be set up for users or user-groups (login required) or it could be for public - but then all will be allowed to book.

There is no kind of payment involved for a booking - eventual later payments must be treated in other ways.

Elisa,  I did not explain correctly. It's a Booking  Enquiry Form I need to set up. Can it be done through the shopping cart?

You could use the X5 mail-form if it is on a pure manual basis.

You can in the form specify the needed information and then it can be sent to you - but when you receive the form, you have to process it manually.

No, that would not work. We have specific questions that we need responses to. I know it can be donr on Google Forms but I has hoping for another solution.
