Hello,

You add video in Step 3 - Page Creation.  Drag and drop a Video and Audio Object from the right-hand side of your screen onto your webpage workspace/editing area.  Double-click on your new Object to open a screen where you will be able to configure many required details.

Use any one of the three fields at the top to specify where your video is located (e.g. on your own hard drive, YouTube, somewhere else on the internet, etc.)

Click 'OK' to exit the screen when you have finished entering all the necessary information.  You will be able to enter the preview browser at this stage and view your video playing, and upload to your server in Step 5 if you are happy with the results.
