Hello Jesper
The problem is that in Step 5, during export, you configured the website's URL as https://www.computerlavpris.dk/
But your real URL is:
http://www.computerlavpris.dk/
In order to fix this, contact your hosting support and ask them to enable HTTPS/SSL on your website. This should fix the issue
Try this out and keep me posted here
Thank you
Stefano
Sorry, but if you remove the HTTPS/SSL then the site is displayed as not secure. This encourages customers not to finalize the purchase
I think that the question remains pending on the INCOMEDIA side
********************************
Désolé, mais si on enlève le HTTPS/SSL le site s'affiche alors comme non sécurisé. Ce qui incite les clients à ne pas finaliser l'achat
Je pense que la question reste en suspend du coté INCOMEDIA
@Maximilien,
Si le site n'est pas sécurisé pour ne pas effectuer un achat, alors c'est juste pas la peine de faire de site de vente...
Juste du bon sens je crois. ou alors je ne vois pas bien l'idée.

Stefano G. HTTPS / SSL is switched on for the provider's site!
Hi Jesper,
HTTPS is working on your web site
https://computerlavpris.dk/
Enjoy!

It has been tried on several computers and phones with the same result. you are welcome to try if you can complete a trade.
Hello Jesper
Unfortunately, the URL in Step 5 still isn't correct.
Now, your real website's URL is:
https://www.computerlavpris.dk/
But in Step 5 you wrote it without www
https://computerlavpris.dk/
You need to add the www too, or it simply won't work

I have tried both combinations, regardless, it does not work.

This is from the hosting provider and I have tried it too. and it still does not work!
Redirect all traffic to HTTPS
Visitors can still access your site via HTTP if they e.g. Enter the address or click on a link that has HTTP. To ensure that they only use HTTPS, you can create a redirect so that when a person e.g. If you enter http://www.one.com it will be automatically redirected to http://www.one.com
To do this, add the following code to an .htaccess file on your webhost:
#Rewrite everything to https
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond% {HTTPS}! = On
RewriteRule ^ (. *) $ Https: //% {HTTP_HOST}% {REQUEST_URI} [L, R = 301]
Hello Jesper
I see what you mean
I've tested this and I can confirm that if I go to, https://www.computerlavpris.dk now it works:
The problem is this:
Your website can be reached both at:
https://www.computerlavpris.dk/ and https://computerlavpris.dk/
That being said, only when the user goes to the URL that you configured in Step 5, like I did, it will work
You need to ask your hosting support to add to the htaccess the codes needed to always redirect the user from the non www version of the website to the www one
This way, it will always work
Try this out and keep me posted here
Thank you
Stefano

you have to write the whole path for it to work,
https://www.computerlavpris.dk
if one only writes
computerlavpris.dk does not work, you are welcome to try it in your browser.

now I have made it work everything is redirected to https://www.computerlavpris.dk but paypal/card pay will only work in edge and firefox, I can not make it work in safari or chrome?
Autor
Stefano G. now it does not work on edge and firefox either??
Autor
Now all traffic is redirected to https and www
I have found that: the paypal payment module fails when;
I delete all files on the server, upload the page files again and clear the cache on the browser, then the payment module works. when you have used it 1-3 times, the payment module fails again.
Then I delete all the files on the server again and and clear the cache on the browser uploads the page files and then it works again 1-3 times. and that's how you can go on.
So I think that the website files on the server must be modified when you try to make a payment.
How will you solve it ??
Hello Jesper
I see that the redirect is now working properly and PayPal works just fine:
What you reported seems extremely unlikely. Nothing changes over time on the website's files, no matter how many purchases you make
As of now, it seems to me that everything is working as expected. It works on Firefox, on Edge and on Chrome
If you still encounter a situation where it doesn't work, don't try to fix it autonomously. Let me know here and I will try it out for you
Thank you
Stefano

Stefano G. Try several times in a row when I do it does not work.

Stefano G. Have you come any closer to a solution?
Hello Jesper
I've tested this again multiple times and I've never once encountered the error. At this point, I believe something must be off during the procedure you're making
Due to the fact that I am unable to reproduce the issue in any way, nor able to find any cause for this, could you please try and record a video of your screen from the first time you try to perform an order until the error happens?
Perhaps I can understand the reason for this in your case by checking that instead

I have had customers yesterday who contacted me who also experienced the same thing and had to give up paying.
