Dear All, I would like to ask you the following: We do remote support for our clients and very often we need to connect to their computer. Is there a facility to do it through WebsiteX5?

WebSite X5 doesn't have this feature, but there are programs like TeamViewer for that, see

Dear Sirs, thank you for your replies. We are already using anydesk and suporemo but we are trying to avoid from telling our cusotmers to download a system and then run it. Telling people to go to a website, download a ssytem and then find it in their download folder and run it is for a lot of them almost an impossibnle task and it takes forever!
What we would like to do is to tell our customers to login our website and click on a button and run a screen sharing system without having to download etc...
Any ideas?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure that any such systems exist that require absolutely no download to work. Take a look at Google Remote Desktop. Maybe that can help
