As a long-time user, I have to address one single thing that bothers me a lot... I see that you have launched a version for agencies (I immediately wanted to see what it is) and of course I have not seen an improvement anywhere in terms of the CMS system... Understand that agencies they need a CMS system that will allow clients to change at least text and images... Therefore, I think this version shoots itself in the foot... I want to pay for the tool I work with, but I want that tool to serve me as I want...
Why don't you listen to old users and adapt the version to us who have been supporting you financially for years...

It seems to me that the company's policy is again in the direction of additional earnings, so they will charge us for the version for agencies because the "pro" version is now becoming something else... Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe not?

please consider WebSite X5 is not a CMS: the way the whole software works is different, and I don't think there will be changes in this direction, at least not in the near future.
What we wanted to achieve with the Agency edition was to create a version dedicated to freelancers and web agencies that create and sell websites to third parties. In fact, the Agency edition include the commercial license that makes it possible. Your customers can still use the Pro to make changes to their projects on your own, as we guarantee full compatibility between Agency and Pro.

I'm already doing it with the PRO version... I just hope you won't destroy it... It doesn't occur to me to switch to the pro version because it doesn't offer anything innovative that I need as an agency...
