Is Incomedia web hosting used? - then wait for the Incomedia employees so that they can say whether cron jobs are supported.

For other web hosts, look for “cron jobs” in their instructions (FAQs, help pages, etc.) or contact support.

There are also (free) service providers where you can set the intervals at which a page or script is called up on the web space.

I last did something with cron jobs many years ago, perhaps other users can help with tips.
