Hello,
I use your hosting system but have connected another domain to it. My shop sends emails to customers when they make a purchase. I know the messages are being sent because I placed an order myself. I want to monitor these emails to ensure they are sent correctly. However, when I check my email via the hosting panel Website X5 - Hosting panel, I don't see the emails in the sent folder. How can I view the sent messages? It's very important for me to see the sent messages, especially when I change the content and want to see how it looks.
Another question: Can I use a placeholder instead of writing Dear customer?

Thank you, Linus

Hello. If you use Website X5 hosting to send emails, as far as I know, you cannot currently view sent emails. Perhaps you should look for a third-party email service with this feature.
"Can I use a placeholder instead of writing Dear customer?" - as far as I know, there is no such option at the moment.

This is problematic because I can't see what has been sent. Having a placeholder would be crucial. Should I start a discussion to propose this as an idea, or can you convert the current discussion into an idea?
I have sent a notification about your question to the company employees. Expect a response from them here in the comments.
Hello Linus,
could I have more details on the second point you mentioned, about the placeholder?
Are you referring to the default text in notification e-mails?
Thank you.

Hello Eric,
First point - I need a solution, to see the email has been sent, and if it has been sent.
Second point - Yes instead of writing: Dear Customer I want to write Dear @Name
Thank you Eric!

Hello Eric,
I have a suggestion regarding the first point. You could add an option to send all emails to BCC. I can put my email address as the admin in the BCC field, so I can see them all since I receive them in my email.
Are you still looking for a solution?
Best regards,
Linus
Hello Linus,
1) I am currently checking whether there are options to achieve what you would like to do, as by default automatically generated e-mails will not be visible in the Sent folder.
2) This has reported as a suggestion in the past, I will also add your feedback. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee when this would be added.
Tenho todo controle disso aqui e vai a dica:

Linus
Hello,
I have contacted our hosting partner, Host.it, to check whether or not this option would be available.
I will update you as soon as I have a response from them.

Dear Eric, if not possible, please implement my idea:
I have a suggestion regarding the first point. You could add an option to send all emails to BCC. I can put my email address as the admin in the BCC field, so I can see them all since I receive them in my email.

Dear Eric,
Do you have any good news to share?
Hello Linus,
unfortunately not yet, I have requested an update as there may have been an error with my initial request.
I will ask for another response.
Eric, I would strongly suggest that adding a BCC option would be extremely valuable and this capability (hopefully relatively simple to implement) should be expedited by Incomedia.
Host.it has unfortunately confirmed that these e-mails would not be visible in the webmail, I will report your suggestion so that we can consider implementing it in the future.
