How can I see the emails sent from Website X5  en

Hello,

I use your hosting system but have connected another domain to it. My shop sends emails to customers when they make a purchase. I know the messages are being sent because I placed an order myself. I want to monitor these emails to ensure they are sent correctly. However, when I check my email via the hosting panel Website X5 - Hosting panel, I don't see the emails in the sent folder. How can I view the sent messages? It's very important for me to see the sent messages, especially when I change the content and want to see how it looks.

Another question: Can I use a placeholder instead of writing Dear customer?

Site: Naturnah Oxn Talg

Thank you, Linus

Hello. If you use Website X5 hosting to send emails, as far as I know, you cannot currently view sent emails. Perhaps you should look for a third-party email service with this feature.

"Can I use a placeholder instead of writing Dear customer?" - as far as I know, there is no such option at the moment.

This is problematic because I can't see what has been sent. Having a placeholder would be crucial. Should I start a discussion to propose this as an idea, or can you convert the current discussion into an idea?

I have sent a notification about your question to the company employees. Expect a response from them here in the comments.

Hello Linus,
could I have more details on the second point you mentioned, about the placeholder?
Are you referring to the default text in notification e-mails?
Thank you.

Hello Eric,

First point - I need a solution, to see the email has been sent, and if it has been sent.

Second point -  Yes instead of writing: Dear Customer I want to write Dear @Name

Thank you Eric!
