If i buy a 75 credit pack, do i have a time limit until i can spend them? The past credits magically disappeared from my account, so that's why i'm asking... I got an april fool's joke today, but i don't feel like joking since i honestly bought the credits that disappeared. I think this is another in a series of marketing moves that you're shooting yourself in the foot...

I know they expire after a year, but Incomedia didn't offer anything revolutionary that was worth buying at the time, so users' credits expired... Now i'm wondering if the same rule applies again because i got an April Fool's joke...

You have not well understood ....
Pay, pay, and pay any more..... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and sometimes for normal functions.... Need to buy an object for normal usage.... cart status by example.... which is a main component for e-Commerce.... But to buy the last object is better than this one by default.... after to have paid 200€ for a Pro version...

It's not enough for them that we pay an annual license for the "PRO" version, which is far from pro... They also charge for modules that have a shelf life of 12 months and sometimes don't work as advertised and expected... I have long since lost faith in the quality of this company's business, we need to turn to new, more stable, higher quality systems for website development. Unfortunately, old and loyal users and their ideas that would contribute to better application development and of course their desire for greater license sales are not being listened to...

However, I want to clarify that Optional Objects do not have a 12-month validity period: once purchased, they remain available forever and are regularly updated to ensure they work properly with new software versions. Additionally, we release new ones regularly to provide our users with even more features.
