Utf-8 code showing in confirmation emails

Why does a utf-8 code show as the title of confirmation emails sent automatically to customers from my website?
The contents of the email and my logo in the email are displayed correctly. Spam filter also functions correctly.

Hi Claudio,
I have found out, through trial and error, that this occurs if you fail to put any text in the Subject Field of the Confirmation email. Send me a message through my contact form on my website and you will see that it is now resolved
