Email form only works occasionally

I have set up an email contact form on my website - http://www.kerrylound.com/contact_me.html but it only works very occasionally. I've tested it lots of times today and it's only worked twice and sent the input data to my email address. I haven't changed any settings inbetween testing. I've checked my junk email folder and can't see anything there. My email account is through 1and1, whereas I'm hosting through GoDaddy.

If this is foreign language then I can not make it any better, I am not even shure if the post, where you change to other (lower quality scripts) solves your probem.
Maybe it's time to switch to Evo 10 this way your upload problem is also taken care off.
The software is geting old and the compatibility with newer software on internet and pc is beginning to crumble.
There is also plenty if third party contact forms you can try adding to v8, maybe you'll have some luck with, just google free contact forms, there's also free online contact form generators aswell, just copy and paste the code when your finished.
