Having trouble trying to set up a shopping cart in Version 10 Professional.  en

I have set up various products in my shopping cart on my www.playmoderntennis.com website... some are for booking onto tennis courses, some are digital downloadable products and some are physical products that need shipping. I am using PayPal as the payment solution. The problem I have is that I can't seem to create a separate confirmation email for the link to each item. For example I want the confirmation email to send my customer through to the download page for the digital products. Plus I want the confirmation email to send my tennis course customers to the course agenda pages. Is there a simple video tutorial anywhere to show me how to set this up? Or an example somewhere where I can see how this can be done...?

Hello John,

The confirmation email is always the same email where the order is confirmed and the customer can find the payment button in case the payment page got closed.

You cannot have different emails since the program cannot verify if the payment has been done and the email is sent when the order is completed but not the payment.

You will need to verify every request if it has been paid and then in case send the digital content which can be downloaded.
