I have created sites for many clients, and a number have subsequently purchased Website X5 and continued development and maintenance after some tuition.

Professional is too expensive for such clients, so if I am to continue using Professional I need Incomedia to include a backup as or save as to Evolution option.

The conversion back to the lesser product need not be perfect as long as conversion issues are indicated at the time so they can be addressed.

Unless I can be assured that this will be addressed soon I will have no choice but to discard Professional in favour of Evolution.
