Still NO Royal Mail

With the release of version 11 I had hoped to see Royal Mail added as a shipping option for UK users but, sadly no.
As I have said before this program is not fit for purpose in the UK.
You ask for ideas for future updates but don't implement them.

Hello John,
You can easily add as many shipping types as you wish (including Royal Mail of course) in Step 4 of WebSite X5 - Advanced Settings > Shopping Cart > Order Management... the procedure is extremely quick and easy.

Please tell me where the options are for Uk postage cost by weight, also the same for Europe and rest of world.

What I forgot to say.
Yes you can add options for UK, Europe and the rest of the world but, you have to rely on customers being honest in saying which service the are using. X5 does not have the facility to check the customers address. So if for instance their address is in India there is nothing stopping them selecting a UK shipping cost.

I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
In anz case it's up to you to check the customer paid the correct sum and in case contact them to ask to pay the correct shipping costs in case they choose a wrong one.
