Export from Professional to Evolution 
Author: Esahc ..Do Incomedia intend to provide the ability to export from Professional 11 (and later) to Evolution 11 (and later)?
If this is planned I will again purchase the Professional version.
If you are not going to offer this (simple?) export/"save as" option I will be forced to purchase and stay with the Evolution version because some of the websites I produce are for clients who will ultimately purchase WebsiteX5 to maintain their own sites. The Professional version is not required by them.
When I purchased Professional 10 I was not aware of this current limitation.
This was previously posted as an idea, but since I received no comment from Incomedia to date, I need an answer fairly soon so I can choose whether to upgrade to Evolution 11 or Professional 11.

I'm sorry but this is not possible. The WebSite X5 Professional version has many functions that the evolution version does not have in it therefore it is not possbile to create a project in the previous WebSite X5 Professional version and import it back into the Evolution. You can not downgrade, but only upgrade.
You have the previous WebSite X5 Evolution 10 version therefore you will be able to find a special offer to upgrade to the Evolution 11 version in the ''offers for me'' section here on answers.

Sad to here it.
Professional 10 was obviously a waste of $100 and a few hours work moving a few websites.
I shall delete the professional websites and cut my losses.
If ever Incomedia releases a truly professional product with the customers best interests at heart I do hope you will let us all know.
