Shop administration and multiple pc usage

Hello, I have the X5 professinal 11 and I need to customers when they buy some goods in my e-shop, so to get known and to see purchase history and development purchases. Please help. further need to know if the customer can add in the administration of its products and lyrics? Can I use x5 Professional 11 on multiple computers? For the shop there are already several posts, I'm not sure about it. But probably some other user is.
I could find this in the help file: (press F1 in x5 or tab the help button)
▪E-commerce: if the Send data to a Database option has been selected as the Sending order method (seeShopping Cart | Sending order), this parameter displays a table showing all the orders that have arrived through the website'sShopping Cart.
The order number, total value and selected shipping and payment methods are given for each order. Click on the order number to open the order and display the information that the customer has given.
You can use the built-in search engine to find orders.
All the orders are kept stored in memory and have to be removed manually, using the Delete button.
