Activation problem on second PC

While activating v11 on second PC I got error message 404. Fail to connect to Internet or Incomedia server. Please try again later.
Tried for 2 days

Incomedia needs to correct this.
I shall set the post for Incomedia to check for you.
Just wait for them to responce.

Hi Dmytro D,
This error message can be caused by the following reasons:
It is recommended to disable Firewall, antivirus and anti spyware during the installation of WebSite.
If the error message persists, it is possible to unlock the program manually (please see:http://answers.websitex5.com/post/25631).

Antivirus and firewall was disabled (ESET Smart Security), Proxy not used, Internet connection is OK - no chance for internet activation.
Activation was done manually, thanks!
Another problem appear - on the first start of tWebSite I was asked to update software. I got the same message "Fail to connect to Internet or Incomedia server. Please try again later."
How I can update the software in my case?

I should realy check your internet connection cause it's very strange that you can't connect, is there something else that might block this ?
You can find your latest version in your profile click here in answers button top right (profile) and select download, tip: check also the other options you have here it's good to know what you can find there.

When I start program always want activation ,after activation work Ok.I must do by anny start of program.
