Languages in source - html code?

In Incomedia10 I have created and selected local languge (SI-Slovenian) and it works fine. But in html - source code on internet before head tag it is still English: <html lang="en-GB" dir="ltr"> The website is: http://lektoriranje-prevajanje.org/
What can I do to be the correct one: SI?

Blaz,
If you press the button next to the language selection, then look for en-GB in your language, you can then edit this to SI.
Then upload again, refresh your site with x5 and check. it shout be good, and it should also stay this way even if you change later something on your site.
