Languages in source - html code?

In Incomedia10 I have created and selected local languge (SI-Slovenian) and it works fine. But in html - source code on internet before head tag it is still English: <html lang="en-GB" dir="ltr"> The website is: http://lektoriranje-prevajanje.org/
What can I do to be the correct one: SI?
