My activation for X5 V9 is not accepted for a new install on a different computer, can you help ?

Hello Norman,
If you used your V9 licence to obtain an upgrade to V10 at a reduced price, then unfortunately you will no longer be able to activate V9.
However, bear in mind that your V10 licence permits you to install version 10 on two separate computers concurrently.

That's a bit unfortunate, as I have not yet converted all my previous projects I created on version 9 to the latter version 10, had I been aware of this I would have already converted the all by now. I am not complaining as it's my fault I should have read the terms and conditions attached to the upgrade, l however l have I have no real intentions of ever going back to using version 9 as everything I need and more in the latter version, but I bet some of the other users were caught out just as I was.
Give it another year and I will be looking to upgrade to version 11, having been briefly involved in the beta testing, by that time they will have refined the product to a higher level of satisfaction through updates.

Your v9 projects can be opened directly in v10, Norman... there's no intermediate step required, unlike v8 and below.
