How to insert an existing page as a welcome page

i have a complete page that I would like to use as welcome page but in advantage setting there are 4 option, may be I should use HTML code, but I get the HTML code for a full page

Yes, if you wanted to do that then you could use the 4th option for HTML Code, but you may need to adjust the size of the page to suit, using the box below the field for HTML Code.

Export your project to disk in Step 5, or upload it to your server.
Open the page you wish to find the code for in a browser.
Once loaded, right-click on the page and select the option to 'View Source', or 'View Page Source', or similar.
Copy and paste the HTML code as necessary, etc.
