I get the message that yuor project has too many pages, you can divide your work into different project and connect them to one another.
How to do this
Posted on the
Luca, this is a warning not a rule. Depending on the stucture and content of your site it may make little difference to the performance of your site.
This has previously been dealt with on this forum, here are a few links, there are many more if you require them.

Thanks , any pratical guidlines how to do it
I haven't shared the website yet.
In principle, the procedure is the same as for a multilingual website, see
>> https://guide.websitex5.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44000684840
You then have, for example, the original of the website and a copy of it.
With the original, for example, you delete the second half of the subpages in the sitemap and with the copy, you delete the first half in the sitemap.
The original is loaded into the web space in the main directory and the copy e.g. in the "extras" directory.
In the head area of the original, for example, you can place an "2. Page" button that links to the index.html file in the "2ndpage" directory. And in the copy a "1. Page" button that links to the main directory and the index.html there.
This is just an example, depending on the content of the shared website, you can also name the buttons differently, e.g. "Travel in Europe" and "Travel in America" or "Cars" and "Motorcycles".
There may also be users of Website X5 who have already shared websites and can give tips.
Luca, you need to think carefully about spitting your site, it is not difficult but you need to understand the structure of your website/s and how they integrate. For instance, if your current website has a global search for content across the whole website to help the users, then this search will be split and only search within one site. Every time you create a backup iwzip (step 5, export project) you must do so for both websites. Please NEVER rely on the built in backup routine.
