Jump to anchor in same page

I used anchors in a page to jump from a header to the related text in the same page. Only when i click on the link in the header the jump to the text is not correct. It always jumps to far so that you can not read the beginning of the text. I've checked the names of the anchors and the related link in the headers and they are as far i can see ok. I don't know why it jumps wrong.
Someone who can help me?

I have solved the problem,... the jump was ok but i needed to let 2 open lines in the textfile before start typing the text, now the beginning of the text isn't under the header anymore.
