Ability to change font, font size, and color in a dynamic object online  en

WSX5 11 Pro

We need the ability to change the font family, font size, and color in a dynamic object. As it is now this is not possible. For dynamic content to be really useful one MUST have control over the font family/size/color.

I have some clients that I have to use CMS Builder from https://www.interactivetools.com/ which allows full control of fonts/color/family/size etc.

It would be nice if X511 Pro would at least let us control font family/size/color.

Thank you for your time.

Hello Riccardo, Happy New Year!

Thanks for the beta idea, just updated but found a little detail that I pray not to be present in the final version: I cannot enter my specific font size!! Unfortunately the size 11 and 13 are the most useful to me, and I can't reach them. Could you please advice your team about this? Also, please note that the space between lines is not correct (tested with arial 10 and it's too loose).

Now, the dream part:

What if we could determine the line spacing individually to the selected portion of the text while editing?

What if we have all the abilities of the Text object?

What if we can insert images, with text wrapping around as we desire?

What if we can insert tables, and color them, and select the desired outlines properties?

Better: What if I could just create the layout in Word and then just Copy-Paste into the Dynamic Object? This would be HUGE! Meaning that ANY customer could do it without efforts.

Or, in opposite way, what if we could lock the font type and size so the customer don't mess up the design!

Even better? What if, as Adobe Muse does, we can opt to download the changes made by the customer to aggregate to our project?

Oh, as this is a dream, anyway, what if all content could receive a hierarchy number to react as a responsible website? Or use the 100% h/w.

Ok, waked up!

Cheers!

Andreas

Hello Andreas,

About the font size, it depends if the font natively supports this size and generally no font has size 11 and 13 but these are rendered by using the zoom function. It is always better to use the native sizes.

For your suggestions please open a different "idea" post whwre you descrive exactly what you woudl like to see in the future releases of the program so the developers will take it in consideration.

Many thanks!
