what is your website address?
you need to go to www.yourwebsite.com/admin
after log in, you have the tabs at the top of the page, if Test is the one you can test your email script, if you have guestbook or blog or dynamic content pages, you will see them over there.
what kind of control pannel are you looking for? most of the setting are inside your x5 program not inside the admin area!

Anthony,
Thank you so much for your quick reply. Before my client began using the X5 program, his hosting company (ProHosting) would give me notifications about Google inquiries (registrations) to his normal email. Since changing to X5, he no longer receives them, and when I contacted ProHosting, they said Incomedia X5 changed that and took over. They cannot tell me how to get back in to see those registrations.
Upon going to www.rapiddrugtest.com/admin, I am brought to a green box with boxes for emails. All the top boxes say "pass", tested again with the same. What am I supposed to type in the boxes, or what are the boxes with the emails names used for?
Thanks again for the help

I forgot to send you the screenshot. I have not idea what to do with this, or what it's used for.

that is for you to test and see your project is sending email or not (for the forms like contact us form, etc)
if your client does not receive email from normal senders, lets say you send an email to him with your outlook or you log in to your gmail and send an email to him and he does not receive it, that has nothing to do with x5 program.
if you used email widget inside your website, and that form does not send you the email, that has to do with setting of the x5.
NOW, in admin area you can test the form scrip and make sure if some one uses the email forms inside your website, you will receive them.
first keep it in standard script, in sender add your email, in user, add another email (make sure not to use the same email, also be able to check that email)
add subject like test1 and message put complete test1, send it.
go to the user email address that you put there and see if you received this test email. if yes, everything works just fine, if you did not receive it, then change the script to low-level script and try again (test2, complete test2)
