Customer details presets

I need to have different fields in the customer details page, or rename some of the presets.
Is it possible (as it used to be) to rename the presets?
If not, is it possible to make them not show i.e. not visible?
I know that I can add fields, but the presets always show, adding confusion.
Or is there a work round?

If this can't be done is it possible to "make it so" again in future versions.

yes, you can always make them visible or unvisible, also be a mandatory field or not, just select the field, then you will see the 2 option you have at the top.
you can not rename them over there, you can always create a custom field and name it anything you want.
you can rename tham in project setting (I do not recommand since you can not change the pre-settings). open your project file, in genera setting on content Language field click on the little hand and paper icon, find the fields starts with cart_field_xxx and you can rename them over there.
