Downloaded new version Website X5 professional, but Norton put it down = unsafe, also cannot install because my computer is coming up with a message that I have to ask for a different version. I used to work with 3 former versions of website X5 but never had this problem before. So please help !!!!

Downloaded new version Website X5 professional 11, but Norton put it down = unsafe, also cannot install because my computer is coming up with a message that I have to ask for a different version. that is a reputation report, that does not mean that is has virus.
open your norton, go to performance and click on the yellow !, the choose the report about the downloaded file, you will see a restore option, restore it back to your hard drive.
