Template Photolica does not work

I bought Website X5 Evolution -13 and try to work with template Photolica and this does not work. I tried another and this was working ok. But I like to use Photolica. Is there a problem with the Photolica template??
Bij mijn net gekochte X5 Evolution versie 13 werkt de door mij gekozen Photolica template niet. Na deze te hebben aangeklikt komt wordt deze niet zichtbaar in de Bibliotheek. Wat is hier de oorzaak van?

Ik denk een fout in de template, dit zal Incomedia dienen op te lossen. Ik zal deze melding voor hun melden om te checken, zal na het w-end worden.

Probably a fault in the template, I have also no objects at all in them. This needs to be checked by Incomedia, I have set this post for them to react. please have some patience, Incomedia does not work in the weekends and need normally 1 or days to respond.

This template works fine on my computer. See my screenshot in attachment.
It's not visible (only the title and not picture as other templates) but works if you click on the "invisible square" (click on it...)
I've the same problem with other templates without content on the header... On Photolica there is only a little PNG Logo. Other objects are on Row Formats of the pages.

what do you mean exactly? I have tried to download, install and import the project and it works fine. What are you having difficulties with?

It is not possible to change the background picture and also it is impossible to put your own pictures in the galery because this galery is not installed.
I am a yearslong user of this website x5 I have differe bought different versions, before this version I had the pro version. I tried now the evolution 13 but I am not satisfied with it, please tell me how I can get my money back as X5 promisses.

Je hebt hem nu dus dat werkt weer een background picture kan altijd aangepast worden. En een galerij zet je er zo op.

Aangezien ik hem niet met plaatjes hebt kan ik het niet checken maar ik verwacht dat het plaatje daar staat.

you can change each background picture on each page on Step 4- Row Formats.
As to the gallery, which one are you referring to? There is one on the Home page and one in the Photogallery one, in both cases the Masonry Gallery has been used, which you have to purchase separately, or simply substitute it by using the already integrated WebSite X5 Gallery.
