Title below page menu

I'm relatively new to Website x5 evolution 11, have been using FrontPage and felt the need to update my site. I'm getting comfortable with this new software, but have 2 issues that I can't seem to get right.
1) Is there any easy way to go into the html and make changes w/o having to purchase or use any other software?
2)Why under the page menu, the extended page title or file name is visible when previewed?
This so far has been a relatively easy program to understand, but why isn't the code more visible to edit and the title name showing?

1.you can edit published pages with any program you would like to, but project file only works inside x5 program.
2. you can remove page title and page path, please see attachment
