Further explanation....

On the landing page (Home) we have a special created image file that is showed in the header section with graphics and information about the company. In the menubar we have levels and pages. What I have in mind is, that when a user click on a level based menuitem a new header should appear with information about these services representen within this menu section.  So the pages inherithed by the level should all refer to the same "header graphics". But it would ofcause be a nice feature if this "property" could by set on each page.

Kind regards

Nicolai

you can set your header in template stucture transparrent and just set the size you desire, on the next step, on the header section (out side of template structure) in General setting> template customizition, you can add image, text, etc inside your header.

for creating drop down menu, you need to create new level in map creation (step2), then create new page under the new level.

you can change the colors for drop down menu in general setting>template style>Drop down menu.

Hi Antony,

Thank you for your post. The scenario you describe is what I've already done.
The case is, that I want to change the content in the header section when a user choose a different page.

When the website is launched the user is now meat with a nice header with graphics and text. But if the user e.g. choose too read more about a specific product I would like to change the picture in the header to something relevant to the product on that particular page the user is reading about.

I'm aware of that it's possible to make a slideshow in the header showing different images and text. But I want to control when to change the content in the header and what is shown.

Best regards
Nicolai

go to map creation, select your page, click on properties, then go to graphic tab.

The only possible solution that I can find is to control this is via the Slide Show Object in the menu header section.
