I have problem in email form, my web hosting php not supported so how can i use mail form with out php

Use smtp, it might work.
without php on server you can not do much. I suggest you to change your server to linux server.

Send through STMP by using the PHPMailer library how can i use please explan to me
Hello Syam,
It is necessary to have PHP support to use the email form. It cannot work without PHP support. Also SMTP and PHPMailer needs to have PHP support to work.
