Upload is trying to upload files that have been removed from the project  en

My website name is www.smngalmoy.com

I have a very irritating problem at the moment. I added a video to my home page and before i uploaded i found it was too big so i compressed it and gave it a different name. I then went to upload my porject with the option to upload changes from last export ticked. Now the porject consistently fails on these 2 files eventhough neither are part of the project any more. I have removed multiple times from my hosts servers as have they but there has been no change. I have removed the vido altogether and put in a youtube link instead. It is the bottom video of 3 on the home page. I also tried to put the 2 files up on the server using filezilla which worked but when i was uploading the most recent changes it tried to upload these files again. I also did an export back up of the website with these in there to see if it would allow me do an incremental upload after they were present on the server.

Our website is in for a national award and it is absolutely vital that this gets sorted as i cant have it trying to upload almost 400MB of files that dont exist on the website anymore. Please help asap

Go into your preview folder and delete any files that are not included in the project see if that helps, also make sure that nothing is attached via html widgets.
