Since I have installed the software I regurlarly get asked to activate the software by entering the activation code, email address and password. Recently this is happening more frequently and now it asks me to do it every time I try to use the software.
I have tried looking for an answer online but none exists.
I have tried looking for an email adddress on the company website but none exists.
I have tried making a long distance call to the companies offices in Italy during the short window of time provided but the phone is always engaged.
Can anyone help me?

I too cannot find the folder you described. I am using Windows 7
You need to do a re write of the programme or issue more specific instructions. It is clear from the volumn of correspondance on this subject that the software is not fit for purpose.
Attached is a screen grab of the folders for user pats in my computer where the software is installed.
Please supply correct instructions or send a fully working copy of the software.

WebSite X5 needs to be used as admin on your computer to work correctly therefore, what you can do is delete the program then install it as admin then, once the procedure is complete, right click on the program icon and select ''Run as Administrator''.
Now start your program again and let me know if you have anymore questions about this.
