Hi I m new here.
If there is any possible to create a website by importing a HTML template into Website X5 and customize from there on.

No, it would be ingredable, but sorry it's just not possible.
But you can create your own from scratch using an example, mostly it's possible to get really close to an example you have seen.
Use the custom template option for that.
