Cant figure out how to get my header or main menu under one line?

How can i set the marging of the header and the content page in the line. see my attachment pls. i want the content page to get under the header. right now the content page ( black area) is more to the left while the header is outlined to the right.
I tried to solve this by changing the marging options for the content but had no luck so far. the header is 1024pixels wide.
any sugestions?

Did you use for the objects the cell style option to create the backgrounds?
Have you tried to se the margins in the cell style editor to 0 to see if it helps?
