How do I allow authorized users to edit or create rss feeds? I know how to create the member area. I know about the feed ready app. I dont know how to open the rss file for edits outside of X5.

The RSS Feed can only be edited in the program by opening the project file. It is not possible to edit the RSS Feed file on the website since it needs to be done in the project so it can be sent the Push Notification to who follows your website with FeedReady.
